Calendar Submission Form

Please check the TBO Master Calendar for availability and then use this form to submit event information. If you are going to need to use the TBO Zoom account and it looks like there may be a conflict, feel free to contact Sarah to check.

  • Shared only for public events at public locations; private addresses will never be listed. Events taking place offsite or at a private home may list location as "Offsite Location" or "Location provided to registered attendees" or similar, as appropriate.

    Note: Events taking place using online platforms such as Zoom will include a link when events are open to the public (e.g. Shabbat services) and will not include a link when events have limited attendance (e.g. committee meetings or events requiring pre-registration). If your event will be hosted using a personal (non-TBO) Zoom account, please indicate that here.

  • Note that event description may be edited for space or format as needed.
  • Note: If you would like to share information about your event in the *private* TBO Members' Group on Facebook, you or a member of your committee can do this yourselves! Please wait until the event has been added to the calendar to avoid confusion. Contact the communications team (communications@templebethor.org) if you don't have a committee member who can do this and we can help.
