Communication Comm. Meeting

Specifically, we will talk about:

– ORbits; frequent enough? Detailed enough? Any changes in response to the ORacle?
– ORacle; details for rolling out new edition(s). Synergy with ORbits?
– Website; Edits, changes? Future plans? Forms, online payments.
– Calendar; New editor (Janis!), any changes?
– Social Media; Facebook presence, Twitter, other sites?
– Postal mailings; how often, effectiveness?
– Membership Database; accurate? New software (Rakefet Online)?
– Phone Announcements; effective?
– Email; TBO accounts used, useful?
– Text Announcements; good idea?
