Shared Legacies Film Discussion – Virtual

In partnership with local rabbis and reverends of Seattle’s Black-Jewish Clergy Group, we invite the community to watch SHARED LEGACIES: THE AFRICAN AMERICAN-JEWISH CIVIL RIGHTS ALLIANCE and tune in for a conversation with community leaders, followed by Q&A, about reigniting civil dialogue and critical conversation around race, reinvigorating the once-mighty bonds between African Americans and the multiracial Jewish community, and building what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. called “Beloved Community,” locally and beyond. Moderated by Rabbi Jay Rosenbaum and Dr. Mark Jones, the clergy group’s co-founders.
