TBO Music ‘Jam’ and Liturgical Music Discussion

Dear Fellow TBO Musicians & Singers;

On Saturday, December 1, at 6pm, we will gather at Temple Beth Or to make a little music, sing a few songs, and talk about where we would like to see Temple Beth Or go with liturgical music. It would be great if we could involve more members as music- and song-leaders, and involve more congregants during services. In particular, we could explore having more of an ’embedded choir’ where congregants sing harmonies or rounds during services.

It would be great if you could come to this ‘jam session’ and music planning event. Please email Al Friedman at communications@templebethor.org to let him know if you can make it. If you can’t make it, but have some ideas about where you would like to see our music ‘go’, write him a note about that too.
