- 2 T crushed pecans
- 2 T butter
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 ½ T sugar
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1 qt strawberry ice cream
Saute the crushed pecans in the butter over low heat until browned.
Peel, pit and puree the peaches.
Combine the peaches with the nut mixture, adding the sugar and lemon juice.
Fold above into the slightly softened strawberry ice cream.
Return to freezer until firm.
