Ingredients
- 1 box of couscous
- 3 t fresh lemon juice
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 2 large cloves minced garlic
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 3 chopped green onions
- ¼ c chopped cilantro
Directions
Prepare 1 box of couscous as directed on package, then chill.
May add chopped cooked chicken breast or other protein sources as desired. Chill.
