- 3 lb chicken cut in pieces
- 2 cups yogurt
- ¼ c. lemon joice
- 1 Tbl ground coriander
- ½ t each: crushed red pepper and anise
- Salt to taste
Marinate the chicken pieces for 24 – 48 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush the pieces with ¼ c. vegetable oil.
Bake at 375 for 35 – 40 minutes, basting with marinade.
